| The system doesn’t have to work with a barcode scanner…If you prefer manually typing in your inventory item codes, that is fine. | |
| Where do we get our barcodes | |
| The simplest method is to use your current merchandise barcodes. Example: If you have 3 Titleist Vokey Wedges in inventory, print 3 regular barcode price tags for them and add the letter A, B, and C to them. When you enter your data into the system, you will differentiate the wedges by this letter. When checking a wedge out to a member you will type B455666 as the SKU, B for the 2nd vokey wedge, and 455666 is your regular store SKU. | |
| Do we have to fill all fields in for items and member? | |
| The only mandatory fields are represented by a star on the add new item page. | |
| How do I see what is currently checked out? | |
| Reports mode. Under reports there is a report called ‘inventory status’. This report tells you what is currently out. You might want to print this out every night and get bag room staff to pull them out of bags. | |
| Are there any more reports? | |
| The amount of reports are endless, however, Demo Inventory is waiting for feedback on what reports we should add…If you have ideas of reports that you want to see, please let us know, through the contact us page. Example: which member checked out the most clubs this year? You might want to cross-reference this data with your sales. |
